Greetings to the City Clerk:   (please confirm receipt and copy to City Solicitor - and inform me when you have done so)

A formal request to Reject the Nomination form of David Miller.

I am writing to you in a formal manner because I feel you have not taken my questions in a serious manner  with regards to the error on the nomination form of David Miller.  (1 - David Millers Nomination Form)  . It should be pointed out for those that can not see clearly that the form calls for a "full qualifying address within municipality".   This is not open to interpretation.

By a quick perusal of this form - it does not appear to be "complete in every respect " as is required (see 2).  This provision mentions that sections 29 - 33 of the Municipal Election's Act be followed :" explicitly".   Webster  defines Explicit as: " implies such verbal plainness and distinctness that there is no need for inference and no room for difficulty in understanding".   6 out of 6 people I showed the form to said to me - where is Gothic Ave ?  - is it North York,  East York, Toronto, Scarborough?  This indicates to me , an average person has no idea what part of the City Gothic Avenue is located and that by leaving off naming  the City - the form is incomplete and therefore ought to be rejected.

I further believe this is important enough to change.  To stand up as a Torontonian and be proud of it. 

I bring this to your attention not because Mr Miller is a Lawyer and should know better.  I do it because in the last election Mr Miller committed to me  - in front of an audience that he would bring certain information forward to all staff  and to council.  This information is contained in the story of Turtle Island and the Peacemaker and is often referred to as "the good mind" or the "great mind".   A program intended to change the behaviours of City Staff.  ( www.homeplanet.org)

The fact that you who are reading this, are not aware of the story or the information is proof positive that Mr. Miller has not fulfilled his commitment to me and the community in front of which he made this commitment.

 I think this is my way to bring to Mr. Miller's attention that there are ways of sticking to what you say.  To keep your agreements, and if you do not,  your form of betrayal - however small it may be to himself - may be important to others.  Actions as well as inactions have consequences.

In short, this is my life's work - to carry the message of the Peacemaker to society - and I try to do so humbly.  A difficult task when I have such great responsibility for the messages I carry for Spiritual elders around the world.     While I sit back and see the "front runners"   ignore the values that we try to  hold dear in our society. Honesty, Integrity and Truth.

But Mr. Miller is culpable.  He has lied to me and the community - and now he has made a mistake - just a small one to be sure, but this mistake is still a mistake - and he is a lawyer and a liar and should be called on this.

 I ask you to reject his nomination form under section 35(4 - David Miller 's Nomination Form)  (3 - Rejection Notice) due to Procedural irregularities on part of the Clerk (Sec 83 (5 - Procedural Irregulariites)  or other such sections of the Municipal Act that may apply,  I point out to you that if you do not do this I trust the City Solicitor will prosecute you under the appropriate section for neglect of Duty.  (6 - Neglect of Duty)
