Volunteers for the Live H20 Event – Puerto Penasco:  June 19, 20, and 21

All volunteers must take  a Vow of non violence.  and  learn the word PO – which is a word that means  - neither yes nor no – it has many other meanings – most important of which is – can you please explain more of your idea to me so I may more  fully understand you.  (now you know it.  You have to learn to use it.

Volunteers will be in three general  categories:

fully volunteer, including  volunteer training
volunteer support, or volunteer with responsibility,
pre-event volunteer – event only volunteers

the Live H20 event is taking place in 27 cities around the world.

It is three days.  June 19 (ceremonial),  June  20 (festival) and  June 21 ( festival and ceremonial)

note: June 21 is: Live H20 and  World Peace and Prayer day AND also Fathers Day in the US

we require:
English Spanish translators to assist the Local Event Director - ongoing

Volunteer Intake coordinator:  (first Paid position when funds available)

a coordinator for each day  (3) – and a volunteer support team for each day – dependent on activity

Team development:
internet production team – along with technical diector
a Public relations and media relations team  - to develop a support package for the media including Reality TV, Event Brochure, MAP production etc
weekly video news release team -  
including Spiritual consultants – more welcome
including Business Consultant – liason with the Business community
music director – position filled - locally
technical director – needed asap  - to interface with the team in Hawaii
lawyer – for legal advice
stadium liason – position filled - locally

a coordinator for each week (6) – beginning May 10 -  to make certain each week some activities are planned to raise awareness and funds to support the people coming to participate in the event

a liaison with the Convention and Tourist Bureau to support their events and link to ours

• to co-ordinate the June 15 Fishing Competition event (as food supply for visitors)
•  

a fundraisng team – event / revenue / expense

• treasurer, sponsorship,

a co-coordinator for the hotels,  a coordinator for all  developments throughout Penasco

a coordinator for the restaurants,  a coordinator /contact for the schools
a coordinator for other  local groups wanting to play a role
a coordinator for the government – federal , state, and city
a merchandising team  -

ALL positions are volunteer at this time – if funds are generated those that are already volunteers will be offered the paying jobs first – and will be first in line for paying jobs.   

budgetary advice is welcome – this event has the potentiall to put Puerto Penasco on the Global entertainment /FUTURE map.

all volunteers ought to let it be known that they are interested in getting paid when and if funds available – this will assist in our future budgeting process.

This event is the first of its kind and similar styled events will re-occur quarterly assuming there is community interest
