Volunteer Program of the IAEWP

Yes we need volunteers. Who are they?

Storytellers. Actors. Photographers. Videographers. Filmmakers. Computer wizards.

and just plain ol' human beings.

What do you have to do?

Become familiar with our World Citizenship Challenge materials, and go out and tell your story. Tell what the materials mean to you. Do they have any significance? What values are contained in your story?

Depending on who you are, and your skill level, you can take any aspect of our programs and go out and get the conversation going. That is our purpose. Get the conversation going on the importance of world citizenship.

For example. A young boy or girl can that wants to tell stories: they can use our stories posted and go out to other classes and read them. They can get other classes to write their own stories and submit them to our site. After reading the story you can discuss the ideas contained in the story. The values. The lessons. Every story has value. Or you can use some of our other stories like "The Last One, which is formatted for Plays, Radio, Video, and TV.

If you do not like the stories there, write your own, and go out and tell your story.

These are only some of the possibilities offered by the World Citizenship Challenge.

We are organizing events that you can participate in as well.

These events are posted on our events page. We will be updating this page on a regular basis as to how to participate in the central event, even though you can create your own event , and be a part of it.
