   These questions can be used at any time inlooking at what you are
     considering to become involved with. Should I spendtime doing this?
     look to the ten Transformers.
   Building a business model: look to the Ten Transformers and also 
     the Four E's as a framework to consider all aspects of the project.
   Having a conflict: look to the Ten Transformers

   Systematically ask yourself the questions relating to the issue
   at hand. Recognize that you will not always get a yes, or go 
   forward action. Often you will get red flags. Just obseerve how
   many things that you proceed with, where you are not being "wise"
   or where you have a clear bias. Knowing this should not necessarily
   stop you from proceeding, but be aware of these compromises that
   you are makin. The result is that we often do not have enough information 
   on all levels of understanding to make a decision to move forward.

        to demonstrate how to use the Ten Transformers to analyze 
	commonly used terms that tend to have meanings other than
	that is a preferred meaning.
