Attention: Media Pundits

Continued exploitation of the death of Diana, Princess of Wales demonstrates the media's own lack of: integrity, courage, responsibility, trust, joy and love.

Media demonstrates non-sustainable human behaviour.

Why does this happen? and how do we shine light on this situation?

"Go right to the source" This language continues to come from the mouths of some media and has no intention of getting there. From our models of sustainable behaviour one wonders if the media has the intelligence wisdom or knowledge to attempt to do anything about it.

"Diana loved the media". and rightly so. She was abler to accomplish a great deal of good "using " the media that followed her every move and published her for the wrong reasons.

The proof of this observation is that the media never looked at D. with a perspective that she might want to do some good in the world. Self-interested person? or World Citizen. Which label do you give her?

To me, Diana was a Peace Messenger and world citizen. If the media has derived any benefit from her life it behooves the media to do the following:

1) look deeper at the work she did

2) continue to search for another standard bearer of light - who is going to take her place? her work was valuable, necessary and hopeful.

3) do so publicly

This message is posted to the Internet because the Internet is the tool for democracy.

The website www.homeplanet.org communicates to the Royal Family, the Spencer Family, and all concerned world citizens the heartfelt condolences on the loss of this Warrior for Peace.

May the world recognize the momentum for good she has created and may the media "get to the source" of its purpose and continue her work.

Every media person is challenged to become a world citizen.

Sincerely,

Mitchell L Gold
