Executive Summary:

The enclosed budget will support the world wide development of A Culture of Peace. 
 This is a first phase supporting the Foundation for a Culture of Peace in Madrid.

1) Moving the IAEWP World Secretariat to Toronto / including Peace Library
2) Further the development of our alliance with the Foundation for A Culture of Peace.
3) Development of Relationship with below Agencies to position the creation of a Training program for 
Olympic Athletes 
4) working with the International Olympic Academy (IOA)
- peace education implementation strategy
5) working with Pythagorean Olympic University (POU)
- developing University Course in Global Accounting
6) Position the 1% Solution with a home base in Canada 
4) Support Canada’s bid for the 2008 Olympics
1) Development of the website www.homeplanet.org 
6) Organize the network of Peace Educators (IAEWP) using the internet. 
1) Facilitate the moving forward of the Research Program of the 1% Solution.
