We should recognize a basic philosophy first. Everyone working for peace, ought to be paid just
as if they were working for something else. We cannot always live off the good graces of volunteers,
and professional begging. They have needs too, and ofter get burnout from whichever cause they have
chosen to support)
Here is an immediate example: BHB one of our teachers who has been working with us for four years, has decided that it would be good for all if we were to be aware how successful some of the “better recognized” global schools are functioning. She chose the Robert Muller Schools. They have opened on the basic principles surrounding the basics of our programs. BHB is going to explore with them finding out various aspects of how they are functioning – from a whole variety of perspectives - but mainly using our thinking filters and see how these schools are achieving. We have suggested to BHB that our program ought to be able to provide the support to do that work. It seems important, not just because of the Robert Muller Schools themselves, but moreso as to what they represent in the overall peace and education movement. How this phase 2 budget can support BHB can be a local community experience in the locale of the school that BHB does here interviews and exploration. How might you assist BHB where you are? This is what our program can do. It is how we spend our money. This is the other area of participation that all working together can achieve. |
