Global Citizen -glob'bal ci'tizen(n).

An inhabitant that embraces all considerations.

Aware of the Prime Directive, "All receiving is for the purpose of sharing."

Aware of the importance of breath.

Practice one breathing exercise (link breathing example) at the same time of day for a period of thirty days. Describe in a paragraph any noticeable changes in experience.

Write a short paragraph on each sense experience. Submit one drawing for each sense experience.

It is through breathing that we feed our body and our physical system, and through this we also feed our brain which is our "mental system", our emotions, and our spirit. By learning a variety of breathing techniques we can affect all aspects of our being.

Learn how an emotion is constructed. Go back to a point in time. It could be a birthday, a funeral, a happy time or a sad time. Experience an emotion of your choice. Give it a colour. Find it in your body, and describe it in words. If you cannot find the words, draw a picture of it. Consider what might be its opposite. Contemplate the opposite in terms of colour feeling sensation etc. Whenever you experience this feeling do a shift in your breathing and bring in the complementary colour.

Describe the sensation in pictures and or words.
