Greetings Robert Greenhill. (Head of CIDA)
I note that you are involved with the United Nations program that has as its mandate:
· A unified UN at the country level responding to national needs ["One UN": one leader, one programme, one budget and where appropriate one office];
· A new multi-year MDG funding mechanism to drive performance and accountability;
· Consolidate three bodies into a new organization for women;
· UN Sustainable Development Board to oversee the "One UN" country programme;
· Coordinator to better marry UN operational and normative activities at global, regional and national levels;
· Strengthen leadership on humanitarian and environmental activities. To read the report, click here
In order to achieve these outcomes I have a number of ideas that may facilitate these outcomes.
Below is an introductory letter sent to the First Nations Development officers across Canada as to the developing of a process at the CEO level to share knowledge and wisdom within the context of the Integrative Thinking program of Rotmans School, the Fourth Way process, and resolving the above problematics.
I am suggesting these protocols to a number of high profile Canadian Institutions in the next few days, and would like you to be aware that we will be coming to you with a specific proposal for you to consider. We believe it would be advantageous for Canada to be the front end development Partner along with the University of Toronto, and the City of Toronto. Roger Martin is intending Canada to become the most progressive and successful Country in the world, and this process would facilitate that vision.
This week I will be meeting with the Professor in charge of the "new budgeting process" for the University of Toronto with a view to developing a parallel process in other areas of development activities at the Institutional level.
Here is the letter sent across Canada:
Greetings to the decision makers within your organization /tribe:
My name is Mitch Gold. Organizer of the First Nations Indigenous Trust - representing the leaders of over 1000 chiefs throughout the Americas and carrier of the documents (16 Principles) of the United Indians of the Americas. The Fourth Way.
http://www.homeplanet.org/fw/fway.doc An Indigenous Contribution for Building Sustainable and Harmonious Prosperity in the Americas
I have been entrusted with this information on the East Coast, and I am looking to develop an educational course at the Rotman School of Business to develop the potential of First Nations Peoples Integrating the 16 Principles of the Indigenous Peoples, and the leading programs of the Rotman School of Business. (Integrative Thinking). The situation is in process and a real opportunity for change exists.
Our opportunity is significant, and I would like to know from those that are receiving this information if they would like to consider participation in the process.
At least one representative from each area of economic development is requested. Working together we will save tremendous amounts of energy, and will empower participants that are already leaders in the community to do even more, to bring forward new leaders with new strengths and relationships.
Participants will have to meet certain standards of entrance. These standards will be determined as we move forward within the community development and course development process. We are open to input in the traditional way.
A response will keep you in the information loop as we move forward.
Please forward to all Chiefs, Economic Development Officers, and Human Resource Development Officers, as well as CEO's of First Nations companies, Trusts, businesses.
All my relations.
Mitch Gold
